2025 W-2s for current and former U.S. team members will be available electronically no later than January 31, 2026. For current and former team members who have opted out to receive their tax documents electronically, W-2s will be sent via U.S. mail no later than January 31, 2026.

If you are a former team member or do not wish to use your company credentials, click on “Register User” to create a login with MHC. You will need your Social Security Number (XXXXXXXXX). You User Name will be your email and your password will be what you created during the registration.
